Triton Triathlon Carousel # 3 Triton Lillestrøm Swimming and Triathlon Club invites to this year's third carousel. This day it will be swimming and running. You swim in Volla Swimming Hall, distances that can be chosen are 200-500-1000-2000 meters (you are responsible for counting). Time is stopped and you switch to running equipment. A trail will be marked outside Volla Swimming Hall, which will be run X number of laps (each lap is 500 meters long). NOTE: the trail is open to normal traffic and the traffic rules must therefore be followed! You can choose to run 1-3-5 km. Date: Sunday 1 March 2020 Start time: Swimming starts at 0800 in Volla Swimming Hall. The run starts at 0900 in front of Volla Swimming Hall (in bad weather the run is moved to treadmills at Trento, Kjeller) Common fruit after the run. Price: 125, - for pre-registration 135, - for registration on the day (payment with Vipps) Registration: done via our store We reserve the right to cancel if there are not 20 registered participants. When you have finished swimming your chosen distance, Fruit is served to all participants.
